LOJOW

Prohibited Items

Please read this page in full before you ship anything to us. Once a parcel is on its way, problems are far more costly to sort out — and any cost falls on you.

This list may change as carrier rules and applicable law change. The version in effect on the day you ship is the one that applies.

This list is not exhaustive. The carrier's (FedEx, UPS, DHL) current published rules, and applicable US federal and state law, always control. Where this page and those rules conflict, the carrier's rules and the law govern.

1. Never accepted

We do not receive, hold, or forward the items below. If one arrives at the warehouse anyway, you must choose to have it returned, redirected, or destroyed, at your own cost.

Hazardous & flammable materials

Weapons & controlled devices

Controlled substances & medication

Personal care, wellness & electronics

These aren't illegal — our partner warehouse simply doesn't handle them today. We'll revisit this once we operate our own facility.

Animals, plants & biological material

Infringing or unlawful content

High-value & irreplaceable items

Export-controlled items

Violating US export control law is a federal criminal matter, not something a refund can fix. These items often can't be identified by appearance alone — we rely on you to declare honestly.

2. Declare before shipping

The following are the only battery-powered devices we accept, along with cases that need extra information. You must tell us before shipping and get our confirmation — anything undeclared that arrives is treated under Section 1.

CategoryRequirement
Apple iPhone
Apple iPad
Must be factory-sealed or in complete original packaging; tell us the model and quantity. All other phone and tablet brands, and every laptop, camera or headphone, are not accepted.
Branded / luxury goods Proof of purchase or a receipt is required, or it will be treated as counterfeit and refused
Oversized, overweight, or irregularly shaped parcels Tell us the weight and dimensions in advance

3. Accepted, but at your own risk

We will accept the following, but we are not liable for damage to them:

4. If we find a prohibited item

5. About our intake record

When a parcel arrives, we log it item by item and check it against this list. This is a visual check and count — not authentication, not a quality inspection, not a lab test.

Passing intake does not mean an item is legal or shippable. You are fully responsible for the legality of what you send, the accuracy of your declaration, and the adequacy of its packaging.

If you need professional authentication or inspection, please arrange it yourself with a third party.

Not sure if something can be shipped? Ask us first — it's far cheaper than sorting it out after the fact.
